I'm a learning designer and strategist with 10+ years of experience applying evidence-informed instructional strategies to design impactful learning experiences.

 

With a background in editing and publishing, I can be a stickler for word choice and pixel-perfect design. But I’m not in this field to “just make it pretty” – I’m in it to see real behavior change. I achieve this by researching my way down to the root cause of messy problems and designing approaches that are grounded in adult learning theory. I start by identifying the business goal and making sure we’re solving the right problem.

My academic training in instructional technology empowers me to explain the rationale behind design decisions. My experience in project and program management combined with my strong organizational and communication skills means you can trust me to lead a project from start to finish.

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, I’ve called San Francisco home for over almost 20 years. In my spare time, I read, hike, sing in a jazz ensemble, and collect more musical instruments than I can reasonably master.
